Main Applications | Agricultural Fertilizer : Primary potassium source for all potassium-deficient crops (rice, wheat, corn, fruit trees, vegetables, tobacco, etc.). Can be used as base or top dressing. Use with caution for chlorine-sensitive crops.Industrial Raw Material : Used to produce other potassium salts (KOH, K₂SO₄, KNO₃, K₂CO₃, etc.), as well as in electroplating, photography, dyes, explosives, metallurgy, etc.Food Industry : Nutrient fortifier (potassium fortifier), gelling agent, flavor enhancer, salt substitute (main component of low-sodium salt). Used in mineral beverages, sports drinks, infant formula, etc.Feed Additive : Supplies potassium for animals, maintains electrolyte balance, promotes growth.Pharmaceutical : Used in electrolyte solutions for treating hypokalemia. |
