Calcium hypochlorite (bleaching powder) can be used for bleaching cotton, linen, and pulp. It is also a low-cost and effective disinfectant and insecticide.

Applications

1. Used for bleaching cotton, linen, pulp, and silk fiber fabrics; for sterilization and disinfection of drinking water and swimming pool water; and for the purification of acetylene, etc.
2. Mainly used for bleaching cotton fabrics, chemical fibers, and pulp; also used for disinfection and sterilization, etc.
3. Used as an analytical reagent, bleaching agent, depilatory, and oxidizing agent.

5. This product is a high-efficiency bleaching agent. It does not decompose when stored at room temperature for more than 200 days. It can also be used for disinfection of drinking water and swimming pool water, and as a mildew inhibitor and preservative during leather storage.

Mainly used for bleaching cotton and linen textiles, chemical fibers, pulp, and starch; also used for disinfection of drinking water and swimming pool water. In the military industry, it can be used as a disinfectant for chemical warfare agents (such as mustard gas) and radioactive substances.
7. Mainly used for bleaching pulp in the paper industry and bleaching cotton, linen, and silk fiber fabrics in the textile industry. Also used for sterilization and disinfection of urban and rural drinking water and swimming pool water. In the chemical industry, it is used for the purification of acetylene and the production of chloroform and other organic chemical raw materials. It can be used as a wool shrink-proof agent and deodorant, etc.
8. Antimicrobial agent; tap water purifier; disinfectant; bleaching agent. Similar to bleaching powder, but with a higher available chlorine content. When dissolved in water for use, it has less insoluble residue and stable properties, and has a tendency to replace bleaching powder.
