This product adopts the international advanced dry production process (high-speed dispersion and direct neutralization method),the production process is energy-saving and pollution-free, the product has high purity, low free acid value and good lubricity.Calcium stearate is White powder, insoluble in water, cold ethanol and ethyl ether, soluble in organic solvents such as hot benzene, benzene and turpentine, slightly soluble in hot ethanol and ethyl ether.When heated to 400℃, it will decompose slowly and be flammable. When met with strong acid, it will decompose into stearic acid and corresponding calcium salt, which has hygroscopic property.

Application：

1.Widely used as a heat stabilizer in PVC rigid products, with salt-based lead salts and lead soap, it can improve the gelation speed.
2.As a halogen absorber in polypropylene and polyethylene, it can eliminate the negative effects of residual catalysts in the resin on the colour and stability of the resin.
3.Also used as a lubricant for polyolefin fibres and mouldings.
4.Used as a mould release agent, plasticizer, thickening agent for grease, waterproofing agent for textiles, smoothing agent for paint industry, etc. in rubber processing.
5.It can also be used as food additive, feed additive, cosmetics, etc.

Package:

Calcium Stearate package can be customized according to customers’ requirements. If no special instruction, it is packed
in 10kg plastic bag.

Storage:

Calcium Stearate should be stored in closed package and avoid from moisture and strong sun light.

Precautions for operation:

Use Calcium Stearate is ventilated area, ware face mask or ventilator and gloves. Avoid direct contact
with eyes and inhalation.
