*Neotame molecular formula: C20H30N2O5,CAS NO.:165450-17-9. Appearance:white to off-white powder. Slightly soluble in water,easily soluble in ethanol.

* High sweetness, low calorie: the sweetness is 7000-13000 times that of sucrose. Very stable in dry or acidic conditions (better than aspartame).

* Improve flavor: It can maintain or even improve good flavors such as sweetness, saltiness, and sourness, and can reduce and cover up bad tastes such as bitterness and astringency.
